Messages submitted via the contact form are sent from our Warsaw-based VPS to our Gmail inbox. While our server is based in the EU, the message may transit through external servers during email delivery. We do not store the message on the server and do not share or publish the data received.
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect our Website. Cloudflare may temporarily process technical data (e.g., IP addresses) to provide performance and security features. Emails from the contact form are received via Gmail. Both providers may process data outside the EU. We do not control their internal systems or logging mechanisms.
